HI there,
It's best to approach both. Check with your florist on the the type of flowers, style, quantity, etc. they would like to add to the car and then approach the car company and see if they agree to it. Some flowers (note those with thorns and very scratchy twigs etc.) may damage a car's paint job. Most should be fine with it.

No, not necessarily. It depends on your theme and the look your photographer has in mind for you. If it's simply to drop the groom and his groomsmen early on, it won't even show up in the main photos. We've done a mix of Rolls Royce with other modern cars like Hummers, limos and Lambos before.
If you get them in the same colour, they'll be suitably matched either way.
