Celebrate your special moment with our hand carfted elegant wedding cakes

I aim to create the most exquisite cakes and my inspiration comes from everywhere: art, fashion, architecture, landscapes, music, sport and history.

Most of all, my inspiration comes from each one of my incredible clients and their unique requirements.

Every cake I create is custom made from concept to consumption and is a completely original piece of edible art. If you can imagine it, we can create it.

Cakes by Sue was founded after My lovely husband,friends and family told me, "for God's sake, will you do this as a business and not just as a hobby!" So, I took their advice and here I am !!

Sue not only created my wedding cake with less than a months notice but she improved on the original design and make it even more modern, beautiful and reflected us as a couple. The cake tasted AMAZING! We got so many compliments from not only the guests but the event staff, that they have not tasted such a good wedding cake before.

We had a three-tier buttercream cake delicately decorated with blush and white roses and finished with a custom made Mr and Mrs Hardy cake topper. It was delicious!! Sue did an incredible job with the cake and it was meticulously finished to the highest standard.

I had spoken to many cake makers and no one I had met finishes cakes like Sue does. It was exactly what I had visioned and it tasted delicious! She set up the cake on the day and delivered to the venue!
