Hi, my name is Nia, I come from an Arts background and have worked in the cake industry for roughly 15 years. In that time I’ve gained the practical experience and technical skills to turn sweet ideas into reality. Having an eye for colours, styles and textures, I know what is aesthetically pleasing.

I take pride in making everything by hand from baking that special cake using only fresh ingredients to crafting that final sugar flower (I don’t use cake pre-mixes in my kitchen).

I love the creative process that a new client can bring. Working together on ideas and matching your theme to the cake that will compliment your big day.

Nia was a delight to deal with from start to finish. She handmade sugar flowers for the top of our cake, matching the colours perfectly to the theme of our wedding. The flowers were absolutely exquisite and so perfect that many guests thought they were fresh flowers, and are still raving about how beautiful our cake was! The cake itself was delicious. We couldn’t recommend Nia more highly as we were thrilled with the amazing wedding cake she made for us.

Nia is absolutely amazing! Our wedding cake was loved by all our guests and they still talk about it to this day. I used Another Sweet Slice for our engagement party and more recently for our sons Christening too! Her cakes are moist and delicious.
