For our wedding in July 2008 Gayle created a six tier cake created from patty cakes with the top layer being a solid cake. Each patty cake had a different decoration and was very original, impressing all that viewed. One of the important parts for us was that Gayle was happy to listen to us and make the cake as we desired rather than making a 'standard wedding cake'.
The cake was completed and set up with time to spare which allowed us to concentrate on other things. Another important thing was that the cake was delicious.... It was a pleasure to have Gayle create our wedding cake and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
