My love of baking and all things food began when I was a teenager and in 2002 I became a qualified chef. Since then I have worked in bakeries and restaurants all over NSW gaining experience and expertise. It was in 2013 I decided to open my own business and that is how Cakes by Alicia was born.

I can work with you to design and create your dream wedding cake, I only use the best ingredients making sure my cakes not only look amazing but taste incredible! I make a variety of cakes from basic butter cakes to mud cake, fruit cakes or more gourmet cakes. I also make 3D cakes and my own figurine cake toppers! I can cater for gluten free, dairy Free, egg free and colour free options. Call Now!
