Cake Stories is brought to you by Nicholas Pelekis; a French trained pastry chef of International Culinary expertise combined with the art of Design. Nicholas started his career as a Graphic Designer, and in record time he reached the peak of his career. In his quest to fulfill his creative flame and combine work with his passion for "satisfying the sweet taste buds", he had a sea change which saw him as a student of the famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school.

Nicholas has traveled the world as a pastry chef, working with 6 star resorts, hotels and cruise liners, enticing guests with sensational tastes and flavours combined with unique design satisfying not only the taste buds, but the eyes too!

Cake Stories is in the business of using real peoples stories just like yours; and creating unique cakes that express emotion, combined with heavenly flavours. In fact Nicholas is well known for enchanting his customers, with his out of this world designs and flavours.
