Fantastic customer service from their Dianella branch. Jasmine went above and beyond what was expected of her, and our honeymoon was an incredible experience! I would definitely book future flights with them, and I highly recommend the Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

The spa in our room was very dirty when we arrived, and they couldn't move us to another room. However, they did send someone to clean it as well as delivering our breakfast to our room free of charge and taking $50 off the price of our room for the inconvenience.

My hubby loved the white Dodge. Friendly drivers and the limo arrived half an hour early at no extra charge. The red carpet service was nice!

Giovanni and Leanne were very professional and warm. For quite a reasonable price they provided two photographers for ten hours, and they even stayed an extra half hour for no cost. We haven't seen the photos yet but we really enjoyed the shoot on the day.
