The rooms are below par. As a self-rated 5 star, you can see why they need to self rate! Rooms definitely need a bit of work, there were bits and pieces missing or broken. Service was very average.

Both my engagement ring, wedding ring and then my husbands wedding ring were from Solid Gold. Service was wonderful, staff were very friendly and helpful, and managed to stick with out budget, and have rings ready on time.
