Victoria gave us plenty of ideas for our ceremony (she provided a CD with ceremony and reading ideas/options), was very helpful with going over drafts and was well-spoken on the actual wedding day.

Selection of wedding songs made really easy by online song planning. The DJ we had on the day was not overly friendly, however he did play the songs we had listed and what people requested.

They had in stock shoes that really suited the bridesmaid's dresses, so the sales staff didn't really have to do much to get our business.

Excellent! Listened to what we wanted, gave a great price & did a fantastic job with the alterations (especially with one of the bridesmaids who was pregnant, so we had quite a few last-minute changes!)
