Zen Day Spa is an oasis of tranquility and calm located in the heart of Darlinghurst. We aim to help our clients live our motto of Relax, Renew, Revive and escape the limits of time and the buzzing sound of city life.

From massage, natural therapies, skin care and beauty treatments, our focus is always centred on the health and well-being of our clients with our packages designed to help restore calm to both body & mind. Our highly-qualified beauty and massage therapists will provide you with a luxurious experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and stress-free.

Zen Day Spa was founded in 2000 and is proud to offer our clients an extensive range of professional and therapeutic treatments such as massage, facials using Dermalogica and O'Cosmetics products, a full range of waxing treatments, eye treatments, body Spa treatments, manicures and pedicures. We have seven treatments rooms including rooms for two. Gift vouchers are available and we are happy to take bookings for couples, groups and functions. Come in and see Koei & the team today.

We enjoyed our visit to Zen Day Spa, it was interesting getting our nails done lying on massage beds. It would have been nice for all 5 of us to be in one room rather than separated. Also having a white/metallic/pearl/glittery nail polish option would be a great option for a bride.

Helpful, friendly and amazing at what they do!!! Would recommend in an instance and for any stressed out brides I totally recommend the hydro facial and paraffin treatments so amazing.
