Frank at Ferrari Formalwear was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful and patient in fitting my (now) husband Simon and his best man for their suits. He made helpful suggestions, yet didn't impose his opinion. We would both definitely recommend Frank.

We ordered the boys shoes 1 month before the wedding, they arrived the Friday night before the wedding, and were the wrong shoes, they did not give us a refund or exchange as they were worn, but we had no other choice but for the guys to wear them.

The Father of the Bride bought his suit through Ferrari. Very helpful and didn't pressure the family. They helped match the colour of the tie and suit so it matched the Bride and the Mother of the Bride. Very reasonably priced.

Not the best, i would recommend looking else where. Not a great selection and also they tie colours are average. We wanted cadbury purple which is very popular at weddings and they didnt have it. I has to buy the ties at $50 each so was not to pleased there.

The suits we hired were excellent quality, but the service that we had left a quite a bit to be desired when the men went in for their suit fittings. The staff were unhelpful, and at times downright rude to my then fiance.

My uncle hired his suit from here as well as the bridal party. My uncle collected his first and found it was completely creased. I called to confirm the parties was ok. When collected grooms was stained, wrong colour for best man and buttons missing from another groomsmen! Bad service!

Got the groom's and groomsmen suits from Ferrari in Sunshine. Complete suit, vest, shirt, tie and hankey. Very affordable and was happy with the service and the suits.

Quite expensive considering you are only hiring the suit. Returning the suits in the tight timeframe can be quite a challenge due to restricted trading hours (not their fault) especially if you are going on a honeymoon straight away. Suits were in a good condition upon collection and the boys looked great on the day.

We went to the Mitcham store and they were helpful for the fitting but when we picked up the suits the sizing was all wrong. Also they didn't tell us that we needed cufflinks so had to run out and buy these at the last minute, which was annoying!

Didn't have the best time with Ferrari Fremantle, service unfriendly, my husbands suit was dirty when he went to pick it up. They fortunately had a clean one available, but discovered on the day that the groom and best mans shirts didn't match. No apology offered on hire return.

Not very helpful in Midland. Went in for a fitting and they decked the Groom out in a jacket and pants that looked like he'd been dressed in a potato sack. Went in for another fitting and had to get measured all over again because they didn't keep our booking on file and got better help with a young lass in store. This time got fitted in a jacket and pants that made him look a million dollars, how a groom should look and feel.

Ormond store - was great for the guys hire suits, but did a poor job of alteration on the bridesmaid and MOG dresses - had to be re done by another dressmaker!!

Very disappointed with their service. Would not buy ANYTHING from them again. My dress was stuffed up and bridesmaids dresses were ready only a week before wedding when should have been ready a month before. DO NOT BUY ANY OF YOUR WEDDING ATTIRE FROM THEM

Geelong store only: service discusting, cant take measurement, a 59kg groom received a 42 size shirt, would not change it for size 38. Made the groom and best man, as it was their fault. Best man purchased 2 shirts from Myer Saturday morning to wear for the wedding. All the fuddy-duddies needs to be sacked. Get some young blood in. Will not recomend to anyone, not even to my enemy.

The staff made it so easy. Groom was pleased about this! We had his suit sorted within half an hour plus ties for the groomsmen. Thumbs up for making it easy for the groom who has a fairly short attention span in these things.

the shop on Marion road has a ware house so don't worry about not having your size. I washed my wedding dress there too only $130! It was packed in a box and cleaned really well. Highly recommended.

Everything was ready when we needed it. I think they are a little over priced and the staff could explain things a little better than expecting we know how it all works. Suits in the end looked absolutely fantastic

There was an issue with their computers and everyone had to go back in for measurements a second time. When we picked up the suits, the grooms waistcoat was badly worn, they didn't have another so had to alter the next size up to fit. Boys looked great on the day however their pants were a bit too long.....

We had to get a few additional suits for those who didn't have their own. We had a couple of suits come back which were the wrong size despite providing measurements as requested. Once this was corrected, the suits themselves were fine. If you have to hire suits more than 3 times, it's probably worth getting your own.

They had a great range and had just what we wanted but they gave us the wrong sizes for the page boy and charged the mother of the page boy after telling me I had paid for everything. Be in charge if you use these guys!

Overall a good deal and good service. A bit dissapointed that they didn't cater for the younger children with ties. We had a choice of bow ties (which we didn't want) or if we wanted to match the colour of the Groomsmen, we had to have adult ties.

Was a bit disappointing on the guys side of things. We rang and made a booking for the 3 boys (DH, BM and GM) to go and look at suits and try them on as we knew exactly what we wanted. When we got there the lady was busy with someone else so we had to wait, it was only when the manager from the girls side came over that things happened. They fitted the boys and were going to order ties for the boys unless we told them other wise. We ended up finding ties so rang them and told them not to worry about it. A week later we got a call saying the ties were in. The boys went for their final fitting and pick up on the Wednesday before the wedding, they had details down wrong, DH was down for a cravat instead of a tie and the shirt was too short on DH. Our BM also had to go to the warehouse to pick up his vest cause they got the wrong size in. The suits look fantastic on the day but there were a few too many stuff ups for my liking.

Suits were lovely and staff very pleasent though it was a much easy process when the suit was purchased. The Groom and one Groomsman purchased theirs and the three groomsmen hired. The hired suits were wrong sizes on the pick up day so they had to be refitted and collected on the day before the wedding and on the day one still had a shirt that was wrongly fitted.

I went to help the boys choose their suits, the service at Ferrari was great considering they were very busy. They were helpful in ensuring all the suits were correctly measured and that the boys had shoes, cuff links, ties, shirts etc. On our wedding day the suits looked perfect!

Hired all the Guys suits from here. Nice customer service. Used different stores to get measurements done which caused a couple of little issues but easily fixed (IT IS BEST TO GET EVERYONE TO CHECK THEIR ORDERS & TO TRY ON CLOTHES BEFORE THE WEDDING! We had wrong sizes and wrong colours put aside)

This was really good for the groomsman, great service especially as all the men couldnt go together to get evertyhing.
However for the father of the bride, who bought his suit and only hired his vest, tie and pocket hankie thing, they didnt do the alterations requested of the suit and the pants where not the same as the ones that he acutaly said "yes I'll buy those" too.

Had a good selection of suits and were very helpful considering two of the groomsmen were from interstate and my father-inlaw was coming from New Zealand. Only negative is that you need to get to the shop at least and hour before it closes if you want to try on suits otherwise they will make you come back another day.

Ferrari provided excellent service. Most of our groomsmen were not based in Sydney and for those in Australia they were able to try the suit and be measured elsewhere at affiliated businesses which made it so much easier. For our groomsmen overseas, very precise measurement sheets were provided and we had no hiccup on the day with the suits.

My hubby took his time organising his suit and on the day before the wedding finally decided it was time! The staff at Ferrari were very friendly and great at getting my partner organised! Oh and his best man as he works away left it till an hour before the shop closed and went in there and organised his suit! Men! Thank goodness for Ferrari staff or i'm sure they both would have rocked up in jeans and t shirts! Their prices were very fair as well!

We found them to be quite 'I dont really care" if you know what i mean. Spent most of the time we were there talking amongst themselves and the guys didnt even end up fully dont, no cufflinks or ties etc. Hopefully when we pick them up it will be ok....
