Suits were dropped off to our house 3 days prior to the wedding and picked up from a location of your choice after your wedding. Takes the stress out of hiring suits. Friendly service with a smile.
Said that they would supply a suit that they had no intention of supplying, no communication or phone calls returned, Absolutely appalling service forced me to cancel order, deposit was not returned. Thankfully found someone else that was great. Would not recommend formal wear express to anyone
Formal Wear Express had fantastic service; they came to our house to measure everyone up, they dropped off our suits and picked them up when were finished with them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank-you!
The best service I've ever seen! It made my life so much easier to get the boys fitted for suits. My groom didn't even have to miss the football he was watching with the boys!

James from Formalwear Express was great, helped with all the suit fittings and helped show the boys what to do on the day. Price was good too, suits were delivered a day later than anticipated which was the only thing I can think of that I wasn't happy about.

A few communication hiccups but otherwise very good, very fast delivery, no problem to change a suit size, very easy to deal with considering groomsman were coming from other states, highly recommend

Service was impeccable, Eric & Ann were amazing would highly recommend them to anyone, they took all the hassle out for the boys to get fitted, dropped the suits off and picked them up, we didn't have to do anything at all.
They come to you which is great,wide selection of suits and styles,colours etc and very prompt with delivery
These guys were great! I had three little boys to suit up and they were awesome with their patience and gave us some wonderful advice and options! Anc considering that they came to us for everything the price was perfect!
Poor service, a rude man who was very unhelpful. Didnt deliver belts and cufflinks which he offered as a special for enquiring online until a terse email was sent to him on the morning of the wedding. Would not use this business again.

Great Service. James came to us to measure all the boys and then came to drop off the suits the week before the wedding. Was very easy and hassle-free.

Amazing concept and brilliant service. Nothing was too much trouble and they come to you for fittings, drop off with alterations and then pick up a couple of days after the wedding. All the guys commented on how well everything fitted and guests commented on how amazing they looked. Excellent!

Express formal wear were amazing during the lead up to the wedding, We had a change in bridal party members 3 weeks before our wedding and they had a new suit to us within a day. The jacket didn't fit great so they sent another one within hours.
We chose to go through the showroom instead but they service was fantastic! And most importantly, the guys all looked awesome and all at a decent hire cost. Reccommend them to everyone!

Great service, they come to your house with all the suits for the guys to try and pick and then drop off the suits before the wedding and pick them up after the wedding, a great stress relief as there was one less thing to worry about!
Great price and fantastic service, even when 2 of the suits needed last minute adjustment. James took it all in his stride and delivered everything - he made it easy.
A few problems but to be honest they were great! Lesley who measured the boys and help arrange for the boys suits. Darren was on the other line organizing the fuss and delegating with everyone, great help! My only advice pay for everyone n have them pay U back!!
When getting the suit, I had to ring them up to follow the accessories they were going to give me,....but would go weeks or a month on end without any reply. I literally had to leave a frustrated message on thier voicemail to actually get an answer back. Also the free gift that they gave were missing certain things from each gift pack. We still havent received anything yet from them. The suits were decent but not the best. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Wasnt given a big selection of suits for 1st fitting so limited option to actually try on. not many options if needed alterations. Positive is that delivererd to the door and then collected from your place. Nice people to deal with

Everything went fine until a business change, they still did a wonderful job of ensure all grooms party were spot on on the day.
We found exactly what were looking for & the dress sizing was a breeze. Customer services was fantastic. Plenty of options to choose from & they provide everything at a great price. Very convenient too as they will come to you.
These guys were absolutely fantastic, we are from the country which made things hard but they met us at all suitable time in Perth and were just a god send. The guys looked so great and they knew exactly what we wanted. Highly highly recommend
Was our original suit supplier. Newcastle branch closed without them informing us and the owner of this branch was going to keep our $1000 deposit. We only found out after chasing him for months. Found head office to be extremely rude when trying to sort it all out

Great help! They came to us to do the measurements, dropped off the suits, and picked them up. Had plenty of choice, and even sent instructions to two overseas groomsmen on how to get measurements taken.
Sizings where perfect with prompt delivery and friendly staff all to willing to help either over the phone or via email. Great service

We choose the Cooper Tails to hire for our boys, and they looked amazing. Two of the suits didnt fit due to the guys loosing weight and they sent up two new suits over night at no extra cost. The replacement suits fit perfectly. Very happy with the suits.
Great customer service. Graham was exceptional! Perfect suits for the groom and groomsman to fit the ocassion. Had 2 groomsmen interstate and had no trouble with suit fittings. Fantastic work and highly recommended.

very convenient, came to our house, fitted all the groomsmen and groom, gave great advice, catered fir one of our larger groomsmen, very affordable and very friendly.
Sharmaine was fanastic, however there were little additions to the pricing along the way which was at times a little frustrating. when the items where delivered there were a few problems with zips and stuff, but the girls did fix any problems we had quickly. All in all a good service.
We loved the convenience of having someone come to our house to measure up the guys for their suits and we were very happy with the quality of the suits when they arrived - they all fit perfectly and the guys looked GREAT! I would definitely recommend this company as it saved us the hassle of having to organise the 4 boys to get together and drive around all day trying on suits at different formal wear shops (we all know how much guys hate trying on clothes at the best of times!)
Tracey was so accomodating and fabulous to deal with. She made the process so simple and easy. The suits were gorgeous and fit the guys like a glove. Great job, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Formal Wear Express provided such fantastic suits. The boys looked great and the suits looked really good in all the photos! Great prices and they come right to your door!
Great customer service. Came to our house to measure the boys up and everything was delivered on time to a great standard. Picked up the suits after the wedding.
Formal wear was very nice, the range was good, fittings were easy. However their mobile service was not always as convenient as it could have been. Arranging suitable times for pick up was difficult. Price was reasonable.
Having the suit hire come out to the house for the boys to try on their suits made things so much easier. Graham was a great guy, and the prices are very competitive.
They came to us for fittings, measured up the guys, contacted us before the wedding to see if there were any alterations or changes needed, delivered a few days before the wedding. They picked up the suits afterward and we didn't even have to get them dry cleaned, it's included in the price! Very satisfied customers!
The service was really convenient. They were really helpful at the fitting and finding the right suit for the different body types. Reasonable cost too..
Had a few miscommunications between staff members which meant we sometimes had to repeat what we were after three or four times - especially at the beginning of our enquiry. Delivery was prompt and we received what we had been promised - changing of sizes was easy to do.

Eric from Express Formalwear was awesome! He came over with the suits and the boys tried different things on - we had beer and pizza and all of the girls could give feedback on different waistcoats and ties etc. Great!
Deleivered the suits a few days before - were a few alterations that needed to be done- which was not a problem. Then they picked them up after wedding!
Good to have in house service. Would have liked them to stay at delivery to check fittings rather than rely on our judgement and post them to us. Bit nervy
It was convenient for us to have the suits delivered. Because the boys weren't in Brisbane to try on suits we had the measurements sent. When the suits arrived they were sized up and we had a couple of alterations required which they didn't hesitate doing and returned the suits the very next day. Because our bridesmaid dresses were changed I had to change some of the details and Christine was great.
Excellent overall. Came to our home for fittings which only took half an hour. Great value, same price as others. We had one small problem of a button popping off, but sewed on easily and not a problem.

Easy to organise all of the boys for suits with FWEX. The boys were a little unhappy with the quality of the suits on the day as they lost a couple of buttons, but they all looked great.
Up until the actual fitting... absolutely great! After the fitting and up until the time they collected the suits back, not so much. Very poor communication, could not give me a paper/email/fax copy of our order. The grooms shirt had a torn button and a groomsman vest didn't fit. After the wedding we practically had to hound them to come pick them up again.
