Reasonably attentive and did organise everything quite well, just don't expect them to reply to you straight away by email. Quite cheap for a wedding planner and they can take care of your travel as well.

not organised, lost emails had to resend info that was sent 3 months prior, accused guests of not sending details for travelling paperwork, had to chase planner for payments received by guests, not thorough enough costing me more money
